Job Summary
Join theSerpentini Automotive Group team as a Collision Center Parts Associate in Tallmadge this role you will support the collision center by efficiently managing parts inventory and ensuring timely availability of parts to facilitate repair processes. You will work closely with technicians and vendors to maintain smooth operations and excellent service quality.
Responsibilities
- Order receive and manage parts inventory for the collision center
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely parts delivery
- Maintain accurate records of parts usage and stock levels
- Assist technicians and service advisors with parts identification and availability
- Organize and maintain the parts storage area to ensure a safe and efficient workspace
- Support administrative tasks related to parts ordering and invoicing as needed
Requirements
- Previous experience in automotive parts or collision center operations preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with inventory management systems or willingness to learn
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and vendors
- Reliable punctual and able to work in a fast-paced environment
