Position Overview
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care in a Medical-Surgical Telemetry unit at a leading acute care hospital. This role includes caring for adult patients requiring cardiac monitoring and med-surg level care with potential floating to similar patient populations across designated units.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care for Med-Surg and Telemetry patients
Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms
Administer medications and IV therapies
Manage patient care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
Respond to changes in patient condition and escalate as needed
Document all care in electronic medical records
Participate in emergency response situations when required
Requirements (Must Have)
Active Ohio RN license or Compact State license (in hand at submission)
