Were looking for aSenior Video Content Creatorwho lives and breathes modern video. Someone who understands how to stop the scroll tell a story and turn everyday moments into content people actually want to watch.
This isnt just a production role. Youll be a key creative force behind how we show up online helping shape the voice energy and visual identity of Leos!
What Youll Be Doing
Video Production
- Film high-quality video content for marketing campaigns product features and brand storytelling
- Capture social and promotional content
- Own the shoot setup: lighting camera audio everything!
Video Editing
- Edit engaging fast-paced content for YouTube social and paid ads
- Create high-performing short-form content (Reels Shorts TikTok)
- Add motion graphics text overlays and transitions that enhance not distract
- Optimize content for each platforms best practices
Content Creation & Strategy
- Collaborate with marketing to develop concepts that actually land
- Tell compelling stories to communicate our brands values and unique Leos experience
Motion Graphics & Animation
- Create clean effective animations and motion graphics
- Elevate content with dynamic visual elements
Content Repurposing
- Maximize every shootturn one piece of content into many
- Think in systems not one-offs
Who You Are
- You have a strong eye forwhat works right nowin video content
- You understand pacing hooks and retentionnot just aesthetics
- Youre bothcreative and execution-focused(you dont just pitch ideas you execute them)
- Youre comfortable shooting editing and iterating quickly
- You thrive in a fast-paced constantly evolving environment
- Youre collaborative but confident in your creative instincts
What You Bring
- Proven experience creating video content for brands social media or digital platforms
- Strong editing skills (Premiere Pro After Effects or similar)
- Experience with short-form content and platform optimization
- Intermediate motion graphics skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
