Our Education Studio is growing and were looking for an Interior Designer whos ready to get hands-on across a range of project types and scales.

In this role youll contribute creativity technical expertise and strategic thinking to projects ranging from cutting-edge laboratories and research spaces to student-centered environments such as dining facilities recreation and athletic spaces and shared campus amenities. Its a position built for someone who enjoys variety takes ownership of their work and wants to be involved in the full arc of a projectfrom early ideation to built results.

What youll be doing:

No two days are exactly the same but you can count on a few constants. Including:

• Lead design and documentation from concept to construction completion for diverse projects ranging from small to large
• Advise clients and team on materials and finish options throughout the design process
• Build strong relationships with clients by meeting their needs and specifications
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams
• Foster a respectful and engaging studio culture that reflects Baskervills commitment to thoughtful mission driven design
• Execute the approved concept reliably translating the design intent into Revit utilizing our firm standards

About you:

A great match for our team is someone who has:

• Bachelors or masters degree from an CIDA-accredited institution
• 4 years of professional interior design experience
• Proficiency in Revit
• NCIDQ certification
• Knowledge and aptitude in other design software platforms preferred including but not limited to: SketchUp Enscape Adobe Creative Suite Miro and Office 365
• A desire to work collaboratively with team members in a constructive and engaged manner
• The willingness to travel as there will be limited travel required
