What you will do:

• 1.0 FTE salaried role

• Lead nursing orientation education competency and professional development for RNs and EMTs in the Urgent Care setting

• Evaluate nursing practice assess practice gaps identify learning needs participate in process improvement projects and initiatives both within area of responsibility and at the system level

• Responsible for system projects and programs and will work closely with several great teams:

  • Emergency Services Leadership Team (Clinical Operations Director Managers Clinical Nurse Leaders Professional Development Nurse Quality Nurse and an Informatics Nurse)

  • A large group of 40 ProfessionalDevelopment Nurses

What you need:

• Bachelors Degree in Nursing required

• Masters degree in Nursing required within 5 years

• 2-3 yearsRN experience in Emergency Services or Urgent Care required

• RN licensure to practice in the state of Wisconsin and Minnesota upon hire

• Basic Life Support CPR for Health Care Providers and ACLS
