Buyer II (Indirect)

This position will be responsible for managing operational and P2P activities and drive value for the business.

JOB DUTIES:

The Indirect Buyer manages all transactional activities related to indirect purchases including but not limited to:

• Establishes and maintains effective relationships with internal stakeholders suppliers and various internal departments.
• Initiates supplier set up and changes on existing suppliers with relevant approval.
• Places purchase orders and manage changes to existing purchase orders.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies coordinate with business stakeholders supplier Accounts Payable team Vendor Master Team and manage the tactical ownership to resolve and clear all issues relating to invoices on hold
• Engages in stakeholder communication with an aim to improve understanding of indirect procurement processes and tools.
• Engages in Stakeholder training and advising.
• Supports implementation of automation opportunities for the assigned sites (i.e. new catalogs value contracts other automation software).
• Maintains a strong collaboration with other buyers to ensure common target achievement.
• The buyer will ensure all tasks are carried out in line with indirect procurement policy strategy and process.

  • 7.30am-4.30pm cet (12-9PM IST) available now
  • 8.00am-5.00pm cet (12:30-9.30pm IST)

You Mush Have:

• Working knowledge of SAP or another ERP system

• Strong and proactive communication and cross functional teamwork skills

• Good organizational skills with an ability to prioritize

• Self-motivated and capable of working with tight deadlines multiple simultaneous requests and customer-oriented focus

• Established Microsoft Excel experience
