Position Overview:
As a Service Engineer you will be responsible for the service and maintenance of a wide variety of equipment. Your role will involve planned maintenance troubleshooting repair installing and providing on-site training to our customers.

We are looking for a professional competent and socially adept individual who can work both independently and collaboratively with in our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct planned maintenance of a wide variety ofequipment including fire pumps water systems booster sets and related equipment.
• Execute reactive maintenance in a timely manner
• Provide on-site training to customers across a number of industries.
• Perform troubleshooting service & repair activities on site both alone and as part of a team.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers representing the company with professionalism and a positive attitude.

Qualifications:

• Apprentice trained or time served 3 years within the Fire Pump industry.
• UK Driving License.
• Mechanical Engineering qualifications.
• Excellent communication analytical and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
