Overview Imperative Systems is looking for an CEVC Interviewer for a 6 month project in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate Conducts initial adjudication interviews and continuous vetting processes in accordance with HSPD-12 directives and established SOPs for non-U.S. citizens seeking employment or access to U.S. personnel mission network access and facilities within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Conduct initial adjudication interviews in accordance with HSPD-12 directives Security Executive Agent Directive 4 and Army Regulation 380-67 for Tier 1 background investigations
Perform continuous vetting processes in accordance with USCENTCOM and USARCENT security directives
Conduct research on available SIPR databases to develop questioning plans prior to interviews
Structure interviews to identify/address information of counterintelligence concern while creating professional and respectful environment
Prepare reports annotating general personally identifiable information (PII) and summarizing interview results
Immediately report derogatory information to J2 Director Security Manager and J3
Support USMTM Security Education and Training Awareness program
Brief applicants on reporting requirements under DoD Directive 5240.06 and service-specific Counterintelligence Awareness and Reporting requirements
Capable of executing minimum of two (2) screenings per day
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
Must be U.S. National
Active SECRET security clearance
Prior State or Federal law enforcement experience OR
Military Intelligence experience OR
Military Police experience OR
DoD intelligence occupation experience
Proficient in written communication
Proficient in Microsoft Word PowerPoint Excel and Teams
Experience with SIPR data mining data analysis intelligence reporting intelligence analysis screening risk management network mapping threat/risk assessments record keeping and investigative questioning techniques
