We are seeking a highly experienced Utility Tunnel Manager (Facility Manager) to lead operations & maintenance for a major infrastructure project. Candidates must have proven tunnel experience.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in a relevant Engineering discipline

Experience Requirements

Minimum 12 years of overall experience
At least 5 years in a managerial role
Mandatory: Hands-on experience in tunnel projects (Utility tunnels preferred)
Strong background in Operation & Maintenance (O&M) of similar projects and capacity

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of utility tunnel systems
Ensure efficient maintenance and strict adherence to safety standards
Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams
Drive performance reliability and continuous improvement initiatives
