Job Title: Product Support Engineering Technician
Client: Heavy Machine Manufacturing Company
Location: Morrisville NC 27560
Duration: 1 Year (Possible Extension)
Shift: 1st Shift (Mon Fri 8:00 AM 4:30 PM)

Job Summary

Hands-on technical role supporting product validation testing and engineering development working closely with design/test engineers on fixtures instrumentation and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

Build test fixtures harnesses and instrumentation setups
Perform validation and verification testing on products
Analyze test data and prepare reports with findings
Support debugging of electrical/mechanical systems
Assist in product improvements and corrective actions
Maintain lab equipment and testing systems
Develop data acquisition programs
Document procedures test results and system performance
Provide guidance to test operators and junior technicians

Test setup (dynamometers instrumentation)
Troubleshooting & root cause analysis
Engineering lab support & equipment maintenance
Data collection analysis & reporting
Test fixture design & build

Required Skills

Electronics / manufacturing experience 1 3 years
Troubleshooting (electrical/mechanical systems) 2 years
Test equipment (multimeter oscilloscope) 2 years
Reading schematics & diagrams 2 years
