This is a full-time on-site role where you will play a key part in helping patients regain mobility reduce pain and improve their overall quality of life. Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate diagnose and treat patients with a variety of physical conditions
• Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation programs tailored to individual patient needs
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and effective care
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans recovery strategies and injury prevention
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation to support clinical care

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Strong expertise in physical therapy and rehabilitation techniques
• Solid patient care and clinical knowledge to address a wide range of conditions
• Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment
