Job Summary

Position: Wire Harness Design AND development Engineer

Location: Raymond OH

duration: Full time/Permanent Hire

Responsibilities:

Define and add components to the standard component library in 3DEXPERIENCE

Research components and collaborate with suppliers to gain insights on wire harness components

Assist in completing clip and connector rear views in the Capital Symbol Library

Support development of 3DX modeling standards especially around library integration

Manage new component requests from Jira and track status of 3DX components and symbols

Required Skills:

Extensive experience with 3DEXPERIENCE CATIA V6 or CATIA V5

Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Strong attention to detail

Nice to Have:

Experience electrifying electrical components for wire harnesses in a standard parts library

Knowledge of C and EKL for automation within 3DX

Experience with Siemens Capital / Mentor Graphics
