Restaurant General Manager

Client seeking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations drive team performance and ensure an excellent guest experience in a fast-paced high-volume restaurant environment.

This is a leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations including staff management financial performance customer service and compliance.

• Oversee full restaurant operations (Front of House & Back of House)
• Lead train schedule and develop team members and shift leaders
• Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
• Handle and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Monitor food quality safety cleanliness and compliance with health regulations
• Manage daily operations including staffing inventory and supply needs
• Control labor and operational costs while reducing waste and improving efficiency
• Review and analyze daily weekly and monthly sales and expense reports
• Drive local marketing efforts and community engagement initiatives
• Implement and enforce company policies and operational procedures

• Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or similar leadership role in QSR or fast-casual dining
• Strong background in restaurant operations and team leadership
• Experience managing budgets labor costs and P&L performance
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced customer-focused environment
• Knowledge of food safety and health regulations (DoH/OSHA compliance preferred)
• Hands-on leadership style with a strong focus on team development and accountability
