Job Summary

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth in the precision machining sector with a strong focus on CNC Swiss (Swiss-type machining) capabilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities managing key client accounts and delivering revenue growth across industries such as automotive lighting hydraulics and water treatment.

The organization is a trusted supplier serving diverse industrial sectors leveraging advanced CNC machining technologies including Tsugami Swiss-style turning centers and Mori Seiki twin-spindle lathes. With state-of-the-art in-house inspection systems the company ensures high precision consistent quality and strong customer satisfaction while continuing to expand its market presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Identify and acquire new customers in precision-driven industries
  • Manage and grow existing client accounts ensuring long-term partnerships
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer communication
  • Understand technical requirements and coordinate with engineering and production teams
  • Promote CNC Swiss machining and advanced turning capabilities
  • Prepare and deliver presentations proposals and quotations
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports using CRM tools
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in B2B sales account management and business development
  • Strong exposure to CNC Swiss / Swiss-type machining environments
  • Good understanding of precision machining processes and tolerances
  • Experience working with industries such as automotive lighting hydraulics or water treatment
  • Strong communication negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Ability to understand technical drawings and customer requirements (preferred)
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting systems
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Engineering or a related field
  • Experience in machine shops or contract manufacturing environments
  • Exposure to high-precision or high-volume component sales
Experience Required
  • 3-4 years of relevant experience in industrial or precision machining sales
  • 1 2 years of experience in CNC Swiss machining or similar environments preferred
