Role Overview: In this role you will support surgical procedures by preparing operating rooms ensuring all instruments and supplies are ready and functioning as a scrub tech throughout procedures. You will play a key role in maintaining a sterile environment and assisting the surgical team to ensure high-quality patient care.
Required Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technologist program
BCLS (Basic Life Support) Certification
Current Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification (preferred)
Recent Operating Room experience
Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and instrumentation
Key Skills & Expectations:
Experience across Ortho Trauma Neuro Spine Gynecology and Urology
Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
Strong communication and coordination skills
Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced OR setting
Ability to stand for long periods and assist with patient handling and equipment
