- Position located at Northside Hospital Forsyth - Outpatient Rehab Services (Cumming GA)
- Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00am 6:15pm (hours may vary based on department needs)
- 13-week assignment
- Department: 699F Rehab Services-OP
- Minimum 15 18 months recent experience within the specialty required
- Active AHA BLS certification required
- Lymphedema certification required
- Work within a multidisciplinary outpatient rehab team (physical therapy occupational therapy speech-language pathology)
- Exposure to specialized therapies including:
- Certified Hand Therapy (CHT)
- Wound care
- Lymphedema
- Vestibular rehab
- Aquatic therapy
- Sports rehab
- Parkinsons therapy
- Modified Barium Swallow (MBS) studies
- Fiberoptic Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallowing (FEES) studies
