We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect with strong expertise in ITSM and integrations to support a migration from on-premises Outlook to Azure / Microsoft 365. The role involves assessing existing ServiceNow workflows tied to email-based requests and redesigning them to align with the new cloud-based environment. This is a short-term part-time engagement requiring strategic oversight and hands-on architectural guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze current ServiceNow ITSM processes integrated with on-prem Outlook
Design scalable solutions to transition workflows into Azure / Microsoft 365 environment
Re-engineer email-driven request workflows within ServiceNow
Architect and implement integrations between ServiceNow and M365 services (Exchange Online Outlook etc.)
Ensure seamless flow of requests notifications and approvals post-migration
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather and validate requirements
Identify risks dependencies and ensure mitigation during migration
Provide best practices for ServiceNow configuration customization and integration
Support testing validation and post-migration stabilization
Required Skills & Experience:
10 years of experience in Solution Architecture with strong ServiceNow expertise
Deep understanding of ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident Request Change etc.)
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP APIs Email Inbound/Outbound actions)
Experience working with Microsoft ecosystem (Azure Microsoft 365 Exchange Online)
Strong knowledge of email-based workflow automation and ticketing systems
Proven experience in migration projects (on-prem to cloud environments)
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
