Job Summary
Job Summary Experience Research Lead & Producer
- Lead and execute generative consumer research and service design projects.
- Translate high-level strategic ideas into structured actionable research plans.
- Manage research intake project scoping and capacity planning to align team resources with business needs.
- Oversee research methodologies providing technical guidance and mentoring team members in qualitative research facilitation and experience mapping.
- Act as research producer by ensuring seamless project execution maintaining operational excellence and delivering high-quality outputs.
- Own and report on team metrics synthesizing data from multiple sources to demonstrate research impact and business outcomes.
- Maintain team infrastructure including process documentation digital whiteboards (e.g. FigJam) and SharePoint sites.
- Handle day-to-day project administration and contribute to a positive team culture.
- Present research findings and strategic recommendations to senior and executive leadership.
- Utilize advanced skills in MS Office (Excel PowerPoint) collaboration tools (FigJam/Zoom Whiteboards) and web/data management platforms (SharePoint Maze).
- Demonstrate advanced communication facilitation negotiation and consensus-building abilities.
- Apply human-centered design principles to align research with business strategy.
