- Job Title: IT Project Manager (CLM/ERP Implementations)

- Location: Hybrid onsite in Shelton CT (4 days/week LOCAL candidates only)

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) and/or ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) implementation projects
- Manage full project lifecycle from planning through execution and delivery
- Collaborate cross-functionally across Legal Finance Procurement and Technology teams
- Shape and influence CLM/ERP strategies for a global franchise brand
- Ensure project methodologies (Agile Waterfall Hybrid) are tailored to project and organizational needs
- Drive consensus and manage complex vendor ecosystems
- Directly impact operational efficiency compliance and business process improvements
Must Have Qualifications:
- 8 10 years in IT project management or software delivery
- At least 4 years managing CLM and/or ERP implementations (e.g. SAP Oracle Microsoft Dynamics Workday Infor)
- Deep knowledge of contract lifecycle processes and ERP modules (Finance Procurement SCM HCM)
- Hands-on experience with at least one CLM platform (Icertis Agiloft DocuSign CLM Conga SAP Ariba or equivalent)
- Proficiency with project management tools (Azure DevOps Smartsheet MS Project Clarity Visio)
- Strong communication and influencing skills across technical and executive stakeholders
