Job Summary
Job Summary (List Format): Senior UKG ProWFM Integration Engineer
- Serve as primary architect and support lead for UKG Pro Workforce Management (ProWFM) integrations with SAP HR Payroll and Finance modules
- Design develop and maintain complex interfaces using Dell Boomi (AtomSphere) and Workforce Integration Manager (WIM)
- Configure UKG ProWFM components including Pay Rules Work Rules Accruals Absence Management and advanced scheduling
- Lead technical integration for payroll-to-finance posting processes between ProWFM and SAP
- Manage end-to-end integration lifecycle from initial design through development testing and production support
- Own and execute thorough testing cycles (regression data reconciliation) to ensure financial accuracy and compliance
- Conduct advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis using SQL; resolve issues tracked in JIRA
- Develop comprehensive documentation including data flows interface control documents (ICDs) and operational runbooks
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Work independently to manage multiple projects adhering to change management protocols
- Support large highly regulated enterprise environments ideally with unionized workforce operations
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UKG ProWFM SAP ERP integration protocols (REST APIs SFTP CSV/XML) and best practices
