Job Summary
Job Summary (Infrastructure Business Systems Analyst):
- Gather and document business and technical requirements for IT infrastructure (networks servers cloud security end-user computing)
- Analyze existing infrastructure processes and systems to identify gaps risks and areas for improvement
- Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements process flows and impact assessments
- Collaborate with infrastructure security and operations teams for upgrades migrations and implementations
- Support testing activities UAT coordination issue tracking and post-implementation stabilization
- Maintain documentation such as requirements workflows infrastructure diagrams and runbooks
- Must have strong experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and SailPoint
- Require 3-5 years as a Business Systems Analyst supporting IT or infrastructure projects
- Experience with infrastructure domains (networks servers cloud security IT operations)
- Skilled in requirements gathering process mapping and stakeholder communication
- Familiar with SDLC or Agile delivery methodologies and UAT support
- Proficient in tools such as Jira Confluence Excel Visio or similar
- Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience required
- Hybrid role in Wilmington MA (locals only); 6-month duration
