Hourly: $240 Premium: $315 Night Call: $410 24 Hr: $1920 No gratis included - call back premium rate Facility will accept NP or PA for this role. Basic Info.: Provider Type: APP Provider Specialty: Cardiothoracic Surgery Start & End Date: As soon as available end July 2026 Reason for Coverage: provider leave Primary Worksite 1200 S Columbia Road (Clinic and Hospital) Worksite Info.: Worksite Setting (clinic/hospital inpatient/outpatient/both # of beds) Work Schedule (Dates of coverage schedules/hours call schedule) M-F 7:00am-4:30PM Patient/Caseload Info. (Patient per day/hour call volume procedure volume) Rounding on inpatients and seeing clinic patients (10-14 clinic patients per day) Staff Info. (Support staff info.) There is an RN and LPN to support in clinic two CT surgeons and 2 APP s (one on leave) Provider Requirements: Board Certified Required Procedures/Skills (Need details): Must have previous experience in cardiothoracic surgery. Additional requirement (if applicable)
