Employment Type: Full-Time Direct Hire
Compensation: $80000 $85000 per year
We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join an established private outpatient clinic in Waterloo Iowa. This role focuses on providing high-quality patient-centered rehabilitation care in a collaborative clinical environment with strong patient demand.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver outpatient physical therapy treatments and interventions
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Manage a consistent patient caseload efficiently
- Collaborate with chiropractors and other rehab professionals
- Educate patients on injury prevention recovery and rehabilitation exercises
- Contribute to clinical program development and patient care improvement
- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Iowa
- Minimum 2 years of outpatient or private practice experience
- Experience in orthopedic and/or sports rehabilitation
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
- Excellent communication and patient care abilities
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-based environment
- Established private practice with strong patient volume
- Collaborative multidisciplinary rehab team
- Patient-focused outpatient care setting
