Job Summary:
This role directly oversees and guides a project team to achieve critical objectives ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery of projects and products. The Program or Project Leader Engineer I coordinates interdepartmental efforts manages material tracking and maintains schedules and budgets. This role is essential for driving project execution supporting meetings and presenting project progress to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and oversee team performance to meet project objectives.
- Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring timely and within-budget project/product delivery.
- Track materials from order through installation maintaining accurate records.
- Plan and monitor project schedules and budgets from initiation to completion.
- Identify report and help resolve project issues implementing effective solutions.
- Utilize and update project tracking tools to manage schedules and budgets.
- Assist in organizing meetings and preparing presentation materials.
