We are hiring CDL-A Truck Drivers for multiple regional semi-local and local routes across the Western Midwest and Northeast U.S. These positions offer consistent freight weekly home time (or daily for local routes) and competitive earnings with strong benefits starting early in employment.

Compensation
Average Annual Pay: $75000 $95000

Schedule & Work Details
Start Times: Typically between 3:00 AM 6:00 AM (varies by route)
Work Days: 5 6 days per week depending on account
Shift Length: 10 14 hours per day
Home Time Options:
Weekly home time (regional)
1 2 nights out (semi-local)
Daily home time (local roles)
Layovers:
Regional: 2 5 nights/week (varies)
Semi-local: 1 2 nights/week (hotel provided where applicable)
Freight Type:
Mix of drop & hook and live load/unload
Primarily no-touch freight
Operating Areas
Drivers will operate within regional territories including but not limited to:
West: OR WA CA ID MT UT NV AZ
Midwest: KS MO IA NE IL OK AR
Northeast: NH MA CT VT ME RI NY
Key Responsibilities
Safely operate a commercial vehicle in compliance with DOT regulations
Transport freight efficiently within assigned routes
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Maintain accurate logs and delivery documentation
Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations teams
Minimum Qualifications
Valid CDL-A License
Minimum 3 months of truck driving experience
Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays as required
Strong safety record and commitment to compliance
