Job Summary
Job Description:-
- Communicate with patients for home sample collection. Visit patients homes to collect samples as per scheduled appointments.
- Collect samples and perform rapid testing when required. Maintain specimen integrity using aseptic techniques and SOPs.
- Accurately identify patients and verify identity venipuncture or finger-stick procedures. Use correct testing equipment to analyze samples.
- Label viols accurately and match specimens with patients.
- Prepare and package specimens for safe transportation.
- Maintain accurate records of patient data and test results. Clean maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment.
- Ensure proper tagging and documentation.
- Follow biohazard safety and biomedical waste management protocols.
