Job Title: HIL Validation Engineer (Senior Level)

Location: (Remote / Hybrid / On-site City Country) Betim - Minas Gerais/ Hybrid ( 3 days On SITE)

Employment Type: (Full-time / Part-time / Contract) FTE

Pay Range:11900/BRL per Month

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

o Connect ECUs sensors and actuators to LabCar; manage wiring harness and breakout box testing.

O Perform Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) validation for Body domain ECUs using dSPACE HIL systems (PHS/Scalexio).

o Commission HIL rigs and debug hardware/software integration issues.

o Develop HIL test specifications create test cases procedures and reports.

o Automate HIL tests using Python or CAPL scripting.

o Analyze failures and perform root cause analysis in test environments.

o Ensure compliance with Agile process V&V lifecycle and ASPICE standards.

Requirements:

Mandatory Skills

o Hands-on experience with dSPACE HIL hardware (ControlDesk AutomationDesk ConfigurationDesk).

o Experience using Matlab/Simulink

o Knowledge of CAN/LIN protocols UDS services and ECU diagnostics.

o Familiarity with CANoe CANalyzer CANape for communication setup and analysis.

o Strong debugging skills for ECU functional software and HIL environment.

o Experience in test automation frameworks and scripting (Python/CAPL).

o Requirement management tools: DOORS PREEVision.

o Experience in BCM validation or HVAC system testing.

o Knowledge of CAN-FD FlexRay Ethernet.

o Understanding of HIL simulator models (dSPACE) and ARXML models.

o Exposure to multi-ECU HIL setups and integration testing
