Your future team:

As part of our team you will be working handinhand with ourlocalbusiness units and with our customers across Germany and Austria whereyour experiences and talentsincommunication negotiationskillsand financial skills will support and enhance the collection efforts. You can work on a variety of assignments witha high levelof responsibility thatwillincludeamong others reporting and analyzing customers payment behaviors and ensuringtheirinvoices are paid on time.

What you will be doing:

In thispositionyou willbe responsible for:

  • Dunning collection openitemand overdue management according to our KPI;

  • Responding tocustomersinquiries relating to payments or invoices;

  • Extracting and preparing overdue reports as per request and ensure accuracy;

  • Participating in month-endclosing-relatedactivities and taking responsibility for ensuring all activities are completed;

  • Close collaboration with other AR departments - Credit and /or Payment allocationteams tocoordinate information aboutthecustomers payment behavior and potential delays on the payments - incl bankruptcy information;

  • Complyingwithinternal policiesSLAand external legislation;

  • Supporting the internal and external Audits incl.Collecting the documentationreviewingandvalidatingthemkeeping alwaysthe direct contact withdifferent functionswithin ourorganization;

  • Acting as a flexiblebackupup and supporting other collections teams when needed;

  • Providing problem-solving support advice and guidance to internal customers that is professional responsive and assumes responsibility for conclusion;

  • Building a relationship with the keystakeholdersandbeinga focal point of contact;

  • Participating in projects systemtestingand preparation of data documentation withinthe areaof responsibility.

What you bring:

  • University Degree preferable in Banking Business or Economics;

  • Extensive Dunning and Collection experiences with the German-speakingmarkets;

  • Customer Services experiences working with German languages is consider as a plus;

  • Familiarity with SAP will bebeneficial;User of SharePointExceland Outlook;

  • BesidesEnglish youwill bringfluencyinthe Germanlanguage asa must(readingspeakingandunderstanding).
