SALARY:$157440 - $196800 bonus and long-term incentive eligible

ROLE SUMMARY

Reporting to the Senior Director of Growth Strategies & Integration the Director Strategy Integration & Operations plays a critical leadership role in shaping and advancing AnheuserBuschs growth strategies. This role drives integrated planning disciplined execution and strong crossfunctional alignment across priority initiatives while also supporting CIC team operations including governance planning processes and budget oversight.

The Director oversees a portfolio of highimpact strategic initiatives serving as PMO on select efforts and acts as a central connector across business teams working with colleagues up and down the organization. Success requires strong strategic thinking commercial acumen and the ability to bring structure to ambiguity while elevating decision quality and execution rigor.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Planning Governance & Execution of Growth Strategies

  • Lead integrated project planning across commercial functions to ensure cohesive actionable plans to deliver AB growth strategies

  • Design and run operating cadences decision forums and followups that drive accountability

  • Identify opportunities to drive efficiencies to progress project efforts

PMO Leadership:

  • Provide PMO leadership for highvisibility crossfunctional initiatives

  • Establish clear governance track milestones assess risks and communicate progress to leadership

Senior Stakeholder Alignment & Executive Communications:

  • Build trusted relationships with senior leaders to align priorities resolve roadblocks and maintain momentum

  • Develop clear compelling executivelevel materials for senior leadership

  • Connect consumer insights category performance and commercial results to strategic recommendations

CIC Team Operations

  • Lead CIC 1Yr planning processes through target alignment and execution

  • With VP CIC support development of CIC team communications for townhalls L&D programs and engagement events

  • Manage CIC team operations including budget oversight and governance Target Setting & Cascading and engagement plans

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors degree required; MBA preferred

  • Must be in office 5 days a week

  • Significant experience in strategy commercial planning marketing sales consulting or PMO

  • Proven success leading complex crossfunctional initiatives with senior stakeholders

  • Strong strategic commercial and analytical capabilities

  • Excellent communication storytelling and executive presentation skills

  • Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills; comfortable navigating ambiguity

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and
