RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develops computer code in C and Java.
• Utilize Applied Mathematics to develop software that performs signals analysis and interprets physical sensor output.
• Develop and Maintains software as part of Windows and Linux Baselines. Solid experience with disciplined software release control and configuration management.
• Works as part of an Agile SCRUM Software development team that Analyzes develops tests and modifies software to meet the users and systems requirements.
• Works with Government Systems Engineering and Software Development teams to Identify and prioritize enhancement implementation and bug fixes.
• Coordinates with user to identify data availability report requirements and systems design problems.
• Reviews work products for correctness adherence to the design concept and user standards and progress in accordance with schedules.
• Prepares status reports and presentations on task performance to clients.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION:

• Bachelors degree in quantitative field such as engineering or mathematics (e.g. Electrical Engineering Computer Engineering Computer Science Information Systems etc.).
• Computer Science and IT Degree programs shall be accredited by one of the 6 associations:

o Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC)

o Higher Learning Commission (HLC)

o Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities (NWCCU)

o Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC)

o Senior College University Commission (WSCUC)

o Middle States Commission on Higher Education (MSCHE)

• Engineering degrees shall be from an Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET) accredited program (see ). Note: Technology degrees do not qualify as Engineering or Physical Science Degrees.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

• Three (3) to Six (6) years of experience in Software design and development to include: Systems Architecture design Signals Analysis Statistical Data Analysis Automated Test and Evaluation and support of C4ISR software applications.
• Three (3) years of technical experience in support of C4ISR and information management systems.

CLEARANCE: Current active Secret with reasonable expectation of eligibility for a Top-Secret clearance in the future.

LOCATION:

• The work location is on-site at North Charleston SC with 0-5% travel expected.
