Job Summary
| Responsibilities: 1. Regimental point of contact for all matters pertaining to Recruiting and Retention. 2. Lead for the Regiments physical and digital recruiting campaigns as directed by the CO. 3. Responsible for issuing Regimental Recruiting Retention and Welfare Directives. 4. Line Manager for the Regiments three Recruiting and Mentoring Support Officers (ReMSOs) including MS. 5. As Unit Welfare Officer the Regimental focus for all welfare matters including officer soldier and family support whilst at home and operations. 6. Responsible for the completion and forwarding to Higher Authority; Recruiting and Workforce returns. 7. Responsible for all HRR processes including reports and returns workforce and call out procedures. 8. Assist the Adjutant in the recruitment commissioning and training of Potential Officers and Officer Cadets. |
