As a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Supervisor heres a big-picture view of what youll do:

• Provide clinical oversight for patient care services including assigning staff coordinating patient care managing referrals and ensuring patient needs are continuously assessed and addressed
• Support clinical documentation quality including OASIS accuracy Medicare compliance and adherence to Conditions of Participation
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure coordinated care delivery and effective discharge planning
• Ensure ongoing interdisciplinary assessment of patients while supporting individualized plans of care that reflect patient goals and physician orders
• Mentor and guide clinicians to strengthen clinical decision-making documentation practices and patient outcomes
• Participate in the Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement (QAPI) program identifying opportunities to enhance quality compliance and operational efficiency
• Support survey readiness and ensure care delivery aligns with state and federal home health regulations

A few must-haves for Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Supervisor:

• Active Florida RN license and current CPR certification
• A minimum of 2 years of experience within a home health agency
• Strong expertise in OASIS Medicare regulations and Conditions of Participation
• 12 years of clinical leadership experience with the ability to confidently mentor coach and hold clinicians accountable
• EMR proficiency in a home health setting
• Proactive confident leader who thrives in a fast-paced Medicare environment and is passionate about elevating patient outcomes strengthening quality metrics and supporting high-performing clinical teams
