Our Freeway Chevrolet location in Chandler is seeking a friendly customer-focused BDC Service Representative. This fast-paced role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers staying organized and working collaboratively in a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls regarding recalls past-due services and declined work
- Handle customer payments and repair orders
- Manage the loaner vehicle fleet
- Answer incoming calls direct customers and ensure timely follow-up
- Support managers with clerical duties and customer assistance
Qualifications
- Strong communication and computer skills
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Team player with a professional appearance
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
