THE TEAM

The mission of the Technical Development Department is to deliver consistency & precision in the fit and construction of every style fulfilling the creative vision.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing and our Technical Development team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for delivering on the Creative Design vision and Aritzias customer expectations through the fit construction and quality of our product. As the Fit Model you will understand Designs aesthetic intent and represent the Aritzia customers sample size shape and appearance. And with the skills you gain in this role the opportunities are endless from a rewarding career in Product to continued growth and development with Aritzia.

THE ROLE

As the Fit Model you will:

• Ensure that our product has a consistent and world-class fit
• Provide insightful feedback on garment fit and comfort

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Fit Model has:

• Measurements: Standard Size 6 Bust 35; Waist 27; Hips 37-39; Height 52 55 or 58
• Posture: Excellent posture
• Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 1 hour)
• Schedule: Availability for shifts Mondays through Fridays between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm
• Hours: Availability up to 40 hours per week (were flexible!)

THE COMPENSATION

At Aritzia we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy.

The range for roles at this level is $20-$40/hour. Total compensation may include base bonus and/or equity depending on the role which has the potential to be greater than this range.
