At Rosina Food Products we take pride in producing safe high-quality food. Were looking for a Food Quality Inspector to join our 3rd shift teamIf youre detail-oriented and passionate about food safety this is your opportunity to grow with a trusted name in the industry.

Pay & Schedule:

• $21-$23 per hour depending on experience

• Schedule: 7PM-5:30AM

• Full-time position with consistent hours

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect product weight labeling packaging and overall quality

• Verify sanitation and GMP compliance during production

• Monitor critical control points (CCPs) like metal detection and cooking temps

• Complete accurate documentation for HACCP and quality systems

• Collect and submit product/environmental samples for lab testing

• Assist with USDA FDA and BRC inspections

• Train production staff on quality standards and documentation

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• 6 months experience in QA food safety or food manufacturing preferred

• Knowledge of GMPs HACCP CCPs and BRC standards is a plus

• Strong attention to detail and communication skills

• HACCP certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain)

Work Environment:

• Fast-paced food manufacturing setting

• Exposure to cold wet or humid conditions

• Frequent standing walking and lifting (up to 50 lbs)
