Scheduled Weekly Hours:

Emplify Health by Gundersen is looking for a full-time RN (0.9 FTE) for the Family Medicine Clinic - La Crosse WI. This is your opportunity to do the work you love in the beautiful Coulee region.

What you will do:

• Fulfill 72 hours per two weeks0.9 FTE

• Work Monday-Friday between 8am and 4:30pm occasional coverage until 5pm (rotating days off)

• Practice LoveMedicine by performing Nurse Managed Hypertension Management visits & Telephone Triage

What you need:

• Associate Degree in Nursing

• RN licensure to practice in the state of Wisconsin up hire IA and MN RN licensure within 3 months of hire
