Warehouse Supervisor Responsibilities: Gexpro Services is looking for a hands-on Supervisor to manage our warehouse operations in for an immediate business need. Moreover this role will serve as the interface between the company and the customer by analyzing and managing on-site inventory filling customer orders responding to customer requests and collaborating cross functionally within the company to manage the companys on-site warehouse personnel.

Warehouse Supervisor Essential Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all warehouse operations includingcustomer shipments inbound and outbound processes safety requirements and special customer requirements.
• Managetheon-site inventoryfor accuracy and on-time fulfillment.
• Communicatewith the customer on inventory and support needs and managinginternal and external ordersfulfillment.
• Superviseon-site team drive efficientinternal and external orders fulfillment andinventorymanagement through Lean process improvements and automation.
• Work with Sourcing and Sales tooptimizesite inventory reduce obsolete items and manage annual physical inventory.

• Establish andmaintaincustomer relationships; learn and evaluate customer operations to aid inidentifyingcustomerobjectives requirements and preferences.
• Translate the voice of the customer toassistin continually improving customer servicelevelswhich exceed customer requirements and expectations.
• Work cross functionally with OperationsPurchasing and Salesby processing priority transactions.
• Resolve customer complaints.
• Other duties as assignedby Operations Manager and/or Service Site Manager.

Warehouse Supervisor Skills Knowledge and Education: The Warehouse Supervisor should possess a high school diploma or GED and have a valid drivers license. Additionally the Warehouse Supervisor should preferably possess the following:

• At least two years of progressive supply chain related experience in warehouselogistics or operations isrequiredTeam oriented with ahands-onleadership directly or indirectly managing direct reports preferred
• Working knowledge of QAD and WMS
• Previousexperience with industrial products preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter with a high degree of initiativeteamworkand customer service
• Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite withintermediate excel skills
• Previousworking experience performing the physical demands associated with amanufacturingenvironment including:

• standing continuously
• lifting upto50lbs unassisted
• repetitive use of hands/manual dexterity
• Operatingforklifts pallet wrappers and other warehouse equipment

• Possess the ability to organize and prioritize job tasks to aid in satisfying customer requirements.
