RDO Equipment Hermiston belongs to our Northwest Agriculture division which is made up of 10 stores across Washington and Oregon. The team members in Hermiston support farmers in this area as they plant tend and harvest the crops that feed the nation. This is a forward-looking customer base that defaults toward innovation. What You Will Do:
- Explore dealership operations: Rotate through departments to understand daily workflows and the value of teamwork.
- Build sales skills: Learn relationship development product knowledge inventory management and how to navigate company systems and processes.
- Engage and grow: Participate in customer interactions team meetings and company-sponsored training while representing RDO professionally.
- Represent RDO with pride: Maintain a professional image following safety protocols and supporting a positive team environment.

What You Will Need:
- Self-starter mindset: Take initiative and show a strong desire to learn and contribute.
