We are seeking a qualified individual with industry experience. Reporting directly to the Chief Building Engineer or the Account Manager-Engineering theHVAC Maintenance Technicianwill be tasked with general maintenance and repairs of facility equipment and property structures as well as grounds maintenance. Candidates must pass a background check possess a valid Hawaii drivers license access to a reliable vehicle previous hands-on maintenance experience proficiency in light plumbing electrical work HVAC carpentry and painting/drywall all tasks must be performed in accordance with EPA Hazmat and OSHA safety regulations. Excellent communication skills and the capability to work independently or collaboratively within a team are crucial. -Position:HVAC Maintenance Technician

-Work Location:Multiple locations across on Oahu

-Schedule:Monday to Friday: 6:30am to 3:00pm (Subjective to emergencies: after hours weekends and holidays)

-Compensation per hour:$25.00 - $30.00

Responsibilities:

Perform HVAC installations repairs and maintenance

Work safely and efficiently on job sites

Interact professionally with customers and team members

Maintain tools equipment and job documentation

-Skills/Qualifications:

Must pass a background check.

High school diploma or GED preferred

Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle required.

General maintenance experience required

HVAC: 1 year (Preferred)

EPA 608 Universal Certification (Preferred)

Customer service-oriented approach

Basic mathematical skills

Previous experience in creating and maintaining work orders and purchase orders.

Strong attention to detail.

Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities.

Excellent organizational skills.

Eagerness to learn and grow.
