Warehouse Repack- 1st Shift MSP

Our Warehouse Repack personnel sort weigh and re-pack fresh produce into original or replacement cartons or containers for resale.

Essential Functions:

• Work in a constant cold environment with room temperatures not exceeding 45 degrees.
• Work requires that the employee stand at a sorting table for most of their shift.
• Lifting is a requirement i.e. cases are loaded and off-loaded onto pallets in the Repack area.
• Ability to meet productivity requirements while operating in a safe and efficient manner.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old.
• Good attention to detail as well as an ability to differentiate different quality levels of various products.
• Must be able to work in a consistently cold environment (between 38 -40 degrees).
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Must successfully pass pre-employment background and drug screening.
• Must be able to stand walk carry push pull reach bend stoop crouch and twist unaided.

The starting salary for this position is $17.00 per hour plus an additional $5.09 per hour in cash fringe benefits for a maximum hourly rate of up to $22.09 with the possibility of additional weekly performance incentives.
