Job Summary
AssistantManager
The Grove is a traditional British pub situated on the seafront with a large garden and an outside bar. Our upstairs dining area and terrace provide amazing views of the estuary. Our menu is seasonal we offer freshly cooked pub classics and a selection of daily specials.
Due to our excellent location the summer season is incredibly busy but we work hard to provide events and entertainment throughout the whole year.
We are dog friendly and throughout the winter months our real fire is lit creating a warm and cosy atmosphere.

We are looking for a motivated &experienced Assistant Manager to join and lead our team in our stylish foodfocused pub. As the successful Assistant Manager you will have a genuinepassion for exceptional customer service and a pro-active approach to teammanagement. You will be enthusiastic & driven to continue the success ofour pub and play a pivotal part in training our team to ensure they have the knowledge needed to delightour customers. You will also be someonewho is committed to their career in hospitality and we can offer ongoing development to support you as yougrow and succeed with us.
