Outside Sales Representative
Greater Dayton or Greater Cincinnati OH
GRS Recruiting has partnered with a fluid power and power transmission distributor to find an Outside Sales Representative covering the greater Dayton or greater Cincinnati area. This role will focus on developing and growing business within heavy industry markets while building strong relationships with customers across the region. The ideal candidate is a motivated sales professional with experience in industrial products and a strong drive to grow market share.
Requirements
Experience in industrial sales preferably within power transmission or fluid power products
Experience selling into heavy industry markets such as aggregate mining cement energy or similar sectors
Background selling related industrial products such as power transmissioon components or fluid power systems
Proven ability to develop new business and compete in a fast paced competitive distribution environment
Strong product knowledge and ability to communicate technical solutions to customers
Self motivated hunter mentality with strong relationship building skills
