Role: ServiceNow Developer

Location: Omaha NE (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities

• Design develop and maintain custom applications and reusable components on the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript (client/server-side) Glide Script HTML CSS for Service Portal development.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM CMDB HRSD and ITAM Modules.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities architecture and best practices.
• Proficient in JavaScript HTML CSS XML JSON REST/SOAP Web Services Integration Hub and MID Servers specific knowledge of LDAPActive Directory integration.
• Experience in integrating ServiceNow with various IT systems and tools using MID Server web services APIs etc.
• Proactively monitor and tune system performance optimizing complex queries reports and background scripts.
  Script execution efficiency query performance tuning background script optimization report/dashboard performance.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise identity systems (LDAP AD SSO SAML OAuth).
• Experience in core platform mechanics including Business Rules Client Scripts Script Includes UI Actions Flow Designer UI builder (Configurable workspace) Playbook and Advanced Workflows.
• Experience with Source Control (e.g. Git) for collaborative development and using processes
• Experience with Mobile App Builder (MAB) Mobile Studio Applets and setting up Offline Mode functionality

Preferred Qualifications

• Industry Experience: Previous professional experience working as a developer or consultant in a railroad heavy industry transportation or logistics environment is a significant plus.
• Certifications:(Preferred)
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
  • ServiceNow Certified Systems Administration (CSA)
• Experience in: Customer Service Management andor Field service management andor ServiceNow Health andor Safety or workplace safety Module
• Good to have Data Analytics (Tableau Snowflake) ITOM Modules

The base salary range for this position is $92250 - $138246 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location qualifications skills education experience and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical dental and vision insurance comprehensive employee assistance program 401(k) retirement plan paid time off and holidays.
