Senior Account Executive
Overview
The Senior Account Executive is responsible for driving sales marketing and client service efforts within an assigned territory. This role focuses on growing revenue maintaining strong client relationships and promoting services that bring value to both new and existing clients.
Pay: $28.85 $36.06/hour
Key Responsibilities
Sell Tenant and Employment Background Screening services to new and existing clients meeting or exceeding sales goals
Travel within territory to meet with clients and prospects ensuring satisfaction and awareness of available services and programs
Promote collection services and respond to RFPs within the Collections Division
Develop and manage weekly sales plans using the CRM system
Track performance identify growth opportunities and monitor competitor activity
Maintain accurate up-to-date CRM records on all client interactions
Submit timely expense reports in line with company policy
Represent the company at networking events associations and community functions (occasional overnight travel required)
Qualifications
Bachelors degree OR 3 years of related experience (or equivalent combination)
Comfortable using CRM systems and general computer applications
Strong initiative problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

Creating strategic call plans and sales approaches
Recommending solutions to meet client needs
Evaluating pricing and profitability for proposals
