• $20 per hour based on experience and certifications
• Overtime opportunities available

• Lead mitigation efforts on water fire mold and storm damage projects
• Perform detailed site assessments and execute mitigation plans
• Set up monitor and adjust drying equipment based on industry standards
• Document job progress moisture readings and job notes accurately
• Ensure compliance with IICRC standards and company protocols
• Communicate clearly with homeowners adjusters and internal team members
• Maintain equipment vehicles and job site organization
• Train and mentor Mitigation Helpers

• 13 years of mitigation/restoration experience
• Working knowledge of drying principles and equipment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Valid drivers license required

• IICRC WRT (Water Restoration Technician)
• IICRC ASD (Applied Structural Drying) preferred

• Leadership mindset and ability to guide team members
• Strong communication skills with both clients and team
