We are seeking an experienced Mitigation Technician who takes pride in their work leads by example and is ready to make an impact.
Pay
$20 per hour based on experience and certifications
Overtime opportunities available
What Youll Do
Lead mitigation efforts on water fire mold and storm damage projects
Perform detailed site assessments and execute mitigation plans
Set up monitor and adjust drying equipment based on industry standards
Document job progress moisture readings and job notes accurately
Ensure compliance with IICRC standards and company protocols
Communicate clearly with homeowners adjusters and internal team members
Maintain equipment vehicles and job site organization
Train and mentor Mitigation Helpers
What Were Looking For
13 years of mitigation/restoration experience
Working knowledge of drying principles and equipment
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Valid drivers license required
Preferred Certifications
IICRC WRT (Water Restoration Technician)
IICRC ASD (Applied Structural Drying) preferred
