As aRegional Integrated Content Managerwithin theAsia Marketing team you will lead the content operating model and editorial governance that enable high-quality compliant content across public and client-facing channels. You will translate business priorities into integrated content programs and lifecycle journeys that improve client engagement and support growth. You will drive adoption of AI-enabled workflows with strong controls measurement and continuous improvement.
Job responsibilities
- Establishregional editorial governance workflows quality standards and operating cadence to align priorities across markets and stakeholders
- Ownthe regional content calendar ensuring clear sequencing and integration across channels and programs
- Definehuman-in-the-loop standards for AI-assisted content to ensure accuracy consistency and appropriate controls
- Developeditorial guardrails (voice and tone templates sourcing quality checks and version control) to protect content quality and client experience
- Partnerwith risk and control stakeholders to enable efficient review processes with clear accountability and auditability
- Leadadoption of AI-enabled content workflows including prompt standards evaluation approach and measurement of efficiency and quality outcomes
- Translatepriority themes into integrated narratives campaigns and segmented journeys tailored to audience needs and market context
- Createandcuratecontent with internal and external partners ensuring clarity suitability and consistent editorial standards
- Buildbanker enablement packages (talk tracks modular content blocks FAQs and toolkits) to support consistent client conversations
- Definesuccess metrics and dashboards andoptimizeperformance through testing and continuous improvement
- Manageagency and vendor support where applicable setting clear briefs timelines and quality expectations
Required qualifications capabilities and skills
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Finance Communications or a related field
- Minimum 7 yearsof experience in content strategy editorial leadership or integrated marketing within wealth management private banking investments or financial services
- Demonstrated ability to set editorial standards and improve content quality across multiple channels and formats
- Experience implementing governed AI-enabled content workflows including human review control design and quality measurement
- Proven ability to translate complex financial or investment topics into clear audience-appropriate narratives
- Strong program management skills including operating rhythms prioritization and delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to lead through influence in a matrixed multi-market environment
- Experience building segmented audience frameworks and lifecycle journeys to support personalization
- Strong measurement and optimization capability including defining KPIs and using insights to improve performance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including senior stakeholder management and executive-ready materials
- Strong understanding of Asia market nuances and the ability to adapt content appropriately across cultures and markets
Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills
- Fluency in Chinese (written and spoken) to provide support to the China business
- Experience developing modular content frameworks for reuse across regions segments and channels
- Experience improving content discoverability through metadata taxonomy and search optimization
- Experience managing agencies and production partners across multiple markets
- Familiarity with analytics tools and content performance reporting
- Experience supporting banker enablement and client conversation toolkits
- Experience operating within regulated financial services marketing environments
