Job Summary
Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in commercial construction and concrete projects. This individual will oversee projects from pre-construction through closeout while ensuring quality schedule and budget objectives are consistently met. This is a Direct Hire Position with a Salary Range of $85000-$110000.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage commercial cast-in-place and tilt-up concrete projects
Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
Coordinate with superintendents field crews subcontractors and suppliers
Review contracts drawings and specifications
Ensure projects meet quality safety and compliance standards
Track costs manage change orders and oversee billing
Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular updates
Lead project meetings and drive accountability across teams Qualifications
5 years of experience in commercial construction project management
Direct experience with cast-in-place and/or tilt-up concrete required
Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
Strong knowledge of budgeting scheduling and cost control
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Strong leadership and communication skills
Spanish bilingual is a plus
Experience with construction management software preferred.
