Job Summary
A leading and innovative agricultural equipment group based in Ceres is seeking aSenior Agricultural Equipment Sales Representative (Whole Goods)to join its dynamic team.
This role is suited to a commercially driven sales professional with strong technical insight into orchard-based farming systems and agricultural mechanisation. The successful candidate will represent a comprehensive range of agricultural equipment and precision solutions across South Africa working closely with farmers packhouses co-ops and agri-dealers.

- Smart Spreader and precision technology solutions
- Broader innovative agricultural equipment range
- Selling agricultural whole goods across South Africa
- Conducting farm visits product demonstrations and technical consultations
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with farmers packhouses co-ops and dealers
- Expanding and developing a new client base
- Providing solution-based product support aligned to client operational needs
- Maintaining sales administration reporting and CRM records
- Identifying market trends and feeding strategic insights back to management
- Working collaboratively with the internal sales and support team
- Minimum5 years experiencein agricultural whole goods sales
- At least2 years in a senior sales capacity
- Strong understanding of agricultural practices particularly orchard production (pome stone fruit nuts and vineyards)
- Proven track record in equipment or technical sales
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Sound computer literacy (MS Office and CRM systems)
- Valid drivers licence
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Relevant agricultural qualification (degree or diploma) advantageous
- Knowledge of AgTech / precision farming systems will be beneficial
