The role

Our Senior Manager supports people across the Planning Group understand adopt and maintain major system reforms. Youll guide a team that brings the Change Management Strategy to life making sure the changes land well make sense to staff and support better outcomes for communities. Day to day that means coordinating multiple reform streams keeping leaders engaged building change capability and using data and feedback to understand how people are coping and where support is needed.

Youll be working in a fastmoving environment where priorities shift reforms overlap and people are at different stages of readiness. The challenge is to keep everyone aligned around a shared vision manage change fatigue and help leaders model the behaviours needed for longterm success. Youll also play a key role in shaping culture and practice by connecting policy assessment communications and engagement teams so the whole organisation experiences change in a clear consistent and supportive way.

What you will bring to the role

  • Proven ability to lead complex organisationwide change programs by translating reform intent into practical peoplecentred strategies that drive consistent and sustainable adoption.
  • Skilled in managing multidisciplinary teams setting clear priorities and aligning resources to deliver highquality outcomes within tight and shifting timeframes.
  • Confident decisionmaker who operates with significant autonomy taking full accountability for deliverables reporting and written advice with minimal oversight.
  • Experienced in engaging leaders at all levels building change capability and supporting behavioural and cultural shifts across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Strong analytical approach using data research and feedback mechanisms to monitor readiness manage risk guide continuous improvement and strengthen confidence in reform outcomes.
