Job Description
The Intralinks Sales Organization is a global collaborative group that supports the full sales lifecycle. These teams are responsible for driving operational excellence supporting frontline sellers improving processes and systems and ensuring sales teams have the tools data and resources needed to succeed. Working closely with Sales leadership and cross-functional partners the teams help maintain a high-performing efficient and data-driven sales organization. This role will also assist Sales Associates and aligned sales teams with ongoing operational and administrative needs.
Core Responsibilities
Support day-to-day operational tasks i.e. data cleanup pipeline hygiene reporting updates and CRM maintenance.
Provide administrative assistance for scheduling activities sales team communications and coordination of meetings or internal sessions.
Assist with documentation efforts including process guides workflow updates enablement resources and sales-facing materials.
Help with basic analysis report pulls and data gathering to support RevOps insights and seller productivity.
Update and maintain sales resources dashboards and internal reference materials as processes evolve.
Track and report on progress across assigned projects and ensure information is well organized and accessible.
Partner with Direct Sales managers and RevOps team members to support time-bound initiatives throughout the summer.
